Moderation disclaimer...

Comments and Posts are welcome.  I do moderate them just to make sure they are appropriate for school and business folks.  I won't edit someones comments but want to make sure they are appropriate for others, especially language.  Thank you.

    After some thought, I will open this blog up to posts, but reserve the right to moderate and delete any posts that are offensive or hateful in nature.
